Founded in 1966, the Frink Foundation (a 501(C) 3 non profit organization) active in historical education, uses all donations to operate the Willapa Seaport Museum as an educational outreach, keeping alive the nautical history of Willapa Bay and the “Seafairing way of life” for all to learn and enjoy.
